When it comes to Christmas gift giving and receiving, I prefer quality intentional giving over the commercialized approach. I also love gifts that have purpose or will add value. This Christmas Gift Guide is intended to inspire you but I also want to ensure that no one ever feels pressured to buy or have “things”. The gift of this season is truly found in much more than what is wrapped under the tree. My hope would always be that Family and Memories come first.
I wanted this post to give some fun ideas for the ladies in your life. I figured the easiest way to do this was by simply sharing with you some of my personal favourites. One of the reasons I started blogging and “influencing” was to share my favourite lifestyle products and so this is just another way I can tell you what I’m loving and hopefully spark some ideas for you!
These are a few of my Favourite Things
Golden Coil Planner
I discovered Golden Coil last December as I was starting to get organized for the New Year. I had made a goal to become more organized and get back to basics in terms of scheduling, meal planning, budgeting and more!
Golden Coil planners are completely customizable! You get to choose exactly what you want in your planner. Everything from the style of calendar to meal planning pages, budgeting pages, social media planning and more! Check them out here.
Lemon Jelly Rain Boot
My new boot love and I want a pair in every colour! Living on the West Coast we have a long rainy season. These sleek and fashionable rain boots are the perfect winter staple and I think every gal needs a pair! They are a great price point as well!
My favourite place to buy my Lemon Jelly’s is Finders Keep Hers Boutique. Check out the online shop here or if you’re ever in the Comox Valley, be sure to visit their gorgeous little downtown boutique.
Free People Slouchy Ottoman
The hardest part about this idea is going to be finding one! Jillian Harris made this incredible sweater famous and for good reason. Owning a Free People Slouchy Ottoman has become a wardrobe staple!
I recently got my first one and I’ve asked for another one for Christmas. It’s the perfect tunic style sweater that you can dress up or down! It’s a bit of an investment but anyone I’ve chatted with agrees that it’s worth every penny for the amount of use you’ll get and the quality of the sweater.
If you’re looking for a wardrobe staple that you’ll get plenty of use out of, the Free People Slouchy Ottoman needs to be on your Christmas List! Once again, my favourite place to buy my Free People clothing is Finders Keep Hers Boutique.
Fraiche Food Full Hearts Cookbook
Who doesn’t love a pretty cookbook! Fraiche Food Full Hearts is a heart filled collaboration between Jillian Harris and Fraiche Nutrition and filled with nostalgic family recipes with a mix of modern taste. In fact, check out their entire collection at The Cross Design
Smash and Tess Romper
Just do it! Honestly, if you don’t own one yet may I please “Influence” you to get it on your Christmas list. They even have mini versions so you can dance around the house with your mini.
Smash and Tess rompers also make the perfect travel outfit! Pair it with a jean jacket or cardigan and you are travelling in style AND comfort!
Freshly Picked Clutch
Freshly Picked is a Favourite for many reasons. They carry the sweetest moccasins and shoes for your little ones but also have some of my fav diaper bags, clutches, cross over bags and more! I recently purchased the cutest olive green Classic zip pouch.
New Phone Case
I love my pretty floral phone case from Kase Me Designs. This is a fun stocking stuffer or a little “extra” for the gal on your list
Pom Pom Toque
I love a cute toque during the winter months and a Pom Pom addition is even better! Click here for a cute one I found.
Puffer Jacket
These are all the rage but sometimes I find them too puffy for my liking. I think it’s because I feel like I don’t need any added “puff” LOL.
The Botanie long puffer from Aritzia is the perfect balance! It gives the style you want but it’s so lightweight you barely feel like you’re wearing anything! Plus, the hood is very practical!
Cute Water Bottle
Reusable water bottles are simply a must have these days. Good for the environment while encouraging that all important water intake. In fact, a reusable water bottle has become might I say a wardrobe accessory;) . This year I found THE cutest water bottles from a company called One Less Co. They come in the best assortment of colours plus a cute case and a bottle cleaner! I’d like to think this is much more of a NEED than a want:)
I hope you love these products as much as I do! Be sure to tag “Santa” so he (or she) knows what to get you this year:)
Until Next Time,
Thank you to my friend Emily from Yew Photography for capturing these images of me:)
